Bar Manager/Restaurant Manager/GM
The Bartender should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver FG unique products and standard of customer service. Previous cocktail/mocktail/Hot beverage knowledge is essential backed by an impeccable attention to detail. FG is known for providing top quality drinks over multiple years so your role is very important in maintaining this expectation now placed upon us.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure recipe beverage consistency and according to Brand standards and recipe book
Ensure that service is always aligned with FG philosophy and standards.
- Recognize that guest service and attention to detail is your top priority.
Provide a genuine greeting saying, Good afternoon/evening and welcome to FOODS GATE or Irasshaimase, and upon departure, thank them providing them with a genuine farewell.- Able to communicate clearly and with respect to Bar backs and ensure work is appreciated.
Attendance in daily briefings to deliver beverage brief in the Bar Managers absence.
- Possess a strong charismatic personality, smart polished appearance every day.
Friendly and professional attitude at all times.- Display a hands-on approach to satisfy the expectation of guest and fellow team members.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times and conduct personal behavior is a mature and professional manner when representing FOODS GATE .
- To handle being tested monthly to ensure continuous development and unmatched product knowledge skills.
Take pride and care in your surroundings and the building.- Ability to create and contribute to the Bar Managers vision of unique beverages for our guests and keep FOODS GATE ahead of our competitors.
Managing a delivery of 2 AA and above beverage quality.
- Keep HACCP level of food and beverage safety within the department.
- 1 Higher Education or specialized certification in the field of work
- 2 Higher business degree Bachelors or similar

- 1 Minimum of 2 years of Job Related Experience in fine dining bar atmosphere
