We are seeking friendly, customer-oriented Waitress - Back to Roots to join our food and Beverage division, for our upcoming concept. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide quality food and beverage service that is consistent with the Brand SOP at all times and have a cheerful disposition and a positive attitude at all times to ensure 100% customer both internal as well as external satisfaction at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the ICDR Quality Standards
- Provides a link between kitchen and service areas at all times.
- Uphold the restaurant's values and reputation by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- The ability to function and work behind the bar as well as on the floor and process good knowledge on both food & Beverage service as well as Beverage & Food production behind the bar.
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant as well as ensuring the smoothness of the work section appointed.
- Provide a high-quality service and create an exceptional experience for our guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the restaurant's dress code and grooming standards.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Stay updated on current menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum diploma or Certificate of waitress, Hotel School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience as waitress preferably in casual dining categories.

- Are you a European national our preferences and consideration will go to European candidates.
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and waitress skills ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
- Conceptual thinking, Analytical Ability, Presentation Skills, Priority Setting, Self-Management
- Excellent communication skills to understand customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
