The Role!
We are seeking an organized and proactive
Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facility. The role involves managing all aspects of the physical workspace to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment for employees.
What will you do
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, ensuring all systems and infrastructure are functioning efficiently
- Ensure the facility complies with all health and safety regulations
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of office equipment and supplies
- Address facility-related concerns and requests from employees
- Create a comfortable and productive workspace by resolving issues promptly
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, access controls, and other facility-related technologies
- Maintain records related to facility operations, including maintenance and cleaning schedules, contracts, and compliance certifications
Who are you
- 1-2 years of experience in facility coordination.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
