Warehouse Keeper

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inventory limits of items.

Recording inventory movements.

Maintaining inventory from damage.

Responsible for keeping all records and forms.

Implementing warehouse management plans.

Executing all tasks required in SAP.

Sending all required reports quickly and accurately.

Conducting the aging and loading of incoming and outgoing vehicles to and from the factory.

Daily adjustment and reconciliation of balances with actual stock.

Applying the 5S system to ensure the warehouse is organized, tidy, and coded.

Transferring all necessary materials for production according to the sent plans.

Providing daily reports to planning department on the raw materials, finished products, and semi-finished products available on the factory floor.

Preparing and issuing raw material transfer operations from warehouses to production and receiving materials from suppliers.

Personal Specifications and Skills:

Proficiency in computer (MS Office).

At least two years of experience in the same field.

Bachelor's degree.

Resident of 6th of October City or Sadat City.

Knowledge of SAP is preferred, and previous experience in Manufacturing.

Ability to organize, categorize, and allocate materials effectively.

Must be fully dedicated to the job with no other employment.
