Job Overview: We are currently hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Prepare reports and analysis on warehouse performance and inventory management
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred
