Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, managing warehouse staff, controlling the stocks, minimizing the costs for products, arranging and scheduling the the suppliers goods receiving , and implementing efficient processes to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) and best practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical and numerical abilities
• Proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Can work under pressure and available all the time
• Able to fix any issue according to the warehouses
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
