Job Summary:

Planning and managing the smooth running of the storage procedure, complying with quality standards.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage all stock management activities related to all division business.
• Monitor and control all logistic activities to maximize performance, productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Adapts innovative logistical solutions to changing conditions to improve process and services.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring safety of staff, Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Review, discuss and modify SOPs related to procurement department.
• Define root cause and set SMART corrective and preventive actions for audit findings

Qualifications:

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in same field.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Science.

Training:

Knowledge:

• Advance knowledge of receiving, storing and dispensing of warehouse items according GMP regulations.
• Relevant certification in warehouse management system and safety regulation.
• Advance knowledge of Oracle system.
• Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Abilities:

• Ability to arrange warehouse maps and locations.

• Approve purchase orders for storing items from different perspective.
• Approve subordinates overtime, and vacations.
