Job Description
1. Infor WMS Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in operating and navigating the Infor WMS platform.
Utilize the system to manage inventory, track shipments, and update stock levels.
2. RF Device Operation:
Operate RF devices for scanning barcodes at various stages of warehouse processes.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Infor WMS through RF scanning.
3. Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments and use RF devices to scan and confirm received goods.
Conduct quality inspections, report discrepancies, and update inventory status.
4. Order Picking and Packing:
Utilize RF devices for efficient order picking, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Pack orders securely, scan items to update inventory, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
5. Inventory Control:
Conduct regular cycle counts using RF devices to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
6. Shipping and Dispatch:
Use RF devices to scan and verify items for outgoing shipments.
Generate shipping labels, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely dispatch.
7. Stock Movement:
Execute stock movements within the warehouse using RF devices.
Update the Infor WMS with real-time information on stock locations.
8. Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating RF devices and handling materials.
Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
9. Collaboration:
Collaborate with other warehouse personnel and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
10.Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the warehouse.
Provide feedback on the usability and functionality of the Infor WMS.
Requirements
Males only
Hold a university degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in warehouse management is a plus.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly in using Infor WMS and RF devices.
Familiarity with barcode scanning technology and warehouse automation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices.
