Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical components, following safety regulations, and maintaining knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment in facilities, including air handlers, pumps, valves, filters, and cooling towers. Work closely with engineering and managers to ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency. Perform ductwork modifications, refrigerant work, and water piping repairs.
