Position Overview

Premier Properties Dubai seeks a seasoned and motivated Wealth Manager to cater to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). This role involves managing real estate investment portfolios, advising on luxury property acquisitions, and delivering tailored financial strategies that align with clients wealth growth and preservation goals.

1. Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs/UHNWIs.

- Identify and acquire new clients by leveraging networks and referrals.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized solutions based on clients needs and aspirations.

Real Estate Investment Advisory:

- Guide clients through luxury property investments in Dubai and international markets.

- Stay informed about market trends, economic factors, and emerging opportunities to offer timely advice.

- Analyze risks and returns to recommend profitable property portfolios.

Wealth Planning and Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with clients to define their financial goals and develop tailored wealth management strategies.

- Offer insights on tax-efficient investment structures, succession planning, and real estate diversification.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market analysis and due diligence on potential investment properties.

- Provide regular updates to clients about property performance and market conditions.

- Connect with wealth managers to create a network.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards during property transactions and financial planning.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and advisory engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with internal sales, legal, and marketing teams to deliver seamless property acquisition experiences.

- Collaborate with external financial and legal advisors to provide holistic solutions.

2. Key Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is an advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, real estate advisory, or investment banking.

- Proven track record of managing HNWI/UHNWI portfolios, preferably within the real estate sector.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate market.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and investment strategy development.

Additional Requirements:

- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.

- Valid UAE driving license.
