Community Engagement: Independently develop and implement strategies to foster authentic engagement with Web3 Teams, builders and companies.

Relationship Building: Independently establish and nurture meaningful relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and community members within the web3 space, focusing on building trust and fostering collaboration.

Content Creation: Independently craft compelling content (blog posts, social media posts, etc.) that speaks to the heart of our community, showcasing the value of our platform, and inspiring others to join our movement.

Event Participation: Independently represent Arubaitoi at relevant web3 gatherings, meetups, and events , sharing our vision and connecting with potential clients.

Referral Program: Share our exclusive membership with your network, inviting others to join our community of builders and change-makers. You'll earn rewards for every successful referral.

[ SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: ]

A deep understanding and passion for the web3 ethos, with a genuine belief in its potential to create positive change.

Proven experience in community management or a related field, with a focus on building authentic relationships and fostering collaboration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience with social media marketing and content creation, with a knack for crafting compelling stories that resonate with your audience.

50% Commission for the first 88 signups.

20% Commission for everyone else.
