Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Designer for a project-based role. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, technical prowess, and a passion for web storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be to design a compelling, user-centric website that effectively showcases our diverse services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
- Develop visually captivating designs that align with our brand guidelines and the specific needs of each webpage.
- Ensure designs are optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Technical Integration:
- Work closely with our development team or any involved parties to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be implemented seamlessly.
- Provide technical recommendations for the integration of designs into our CMS or web platform.
Illustration & Graphics:
- Craft or source top-notch graphics and illustrations to heighten our website's visual appeal and articulate our services.
- Optimize graphics for web use ensuring quality isn't compromised.
- Feedback & Revisions:
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate necessary revisions.
- Engage in an iterative design process, integrating modifications and new requirements as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing web design endeavors.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of content management systems.
- Stellar visual design skills with an eye for detail.
