Job Title: Web Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Web Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Social Media Management:
Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against defined goals (ROI and KPIs) to ensure effectiveness.
- Trend Analysis & Optimization: Identify trends and insights from marketing data, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights to improve outcomes.
Growth Strategy:
Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies to expand the companys digital reach.Experimentation & Testing:
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Customer Experience Evaluation: Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Conversion Optimization:
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention.Vendor Collaboration:
Collaborate with external agencies and vendor partners to support digital marketing initiatives.Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on potential adoption to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing software.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
