Web3 Partnerships Manager (Dubai based)

BlockDelta has been engaged by one of the biggest names in Middle East Private Blockchain Investment to recruit a Web3 Partnerships Manager who will manage their corporate relationships and partnerships and actively contribute to the long term success of the wider Investment Group.

Identify Strategic Partnership Opportunities:

• Identifying potential partners within the regional and global Web3 ecosystem, including development of gaming studios, exchanges, liquidity providers and market makers.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with our business goals and values.

Tokenomics & Crypto Economics:

• Understanding of tokenomics, crypto economics, and decentralized governance models allowing you to advise portfolio companies on aspects such as token design, distribution strategies, and general community engagement.
• Harness the power of tokenization to allow our client to incentivize user participation, align incentives, and drive network effects.

Ecosystem Building in Web3:

• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Web3 ecosystem by helping to organize hackathons, developer workshops, and general crypto related community events.
• Fostering collaborations, knowledge sharing, & talent development within the Web3 community, strengthening the studio's position as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurships.

Network Building:

• Supporting the incubation & acceleration of Web3 startups by providing them with access to key partners who can positively contribute through capital, deal-flow, mentorship and technical expertise.
• Working closely with client founders to explore partnership opportunities and also help them in their business development efforts.

We are seeking to chat with candidates who have a thorough knowledge of the UAE Blockchain ecosystem. Candidates who are very well connected and have been working in the space for a number of years. Ideal candidate will be one who regularly attends local/regional events, liaises with a variety of ecosystem partners across different realms within the wider blockchain/web3 space.
