Purpose of the role
The Corporate Wellbeing Manager is a key role within our wellbeing division, representing the next step in the progression from Wellbeing Associate. This position involves the strategic development, implementation, and management of comprehensive wellbeing programs for corporate clients. The Corporate Wellbeing Manager will lead client engagements, support business growth, and ensure the delivery of impactful wellbeing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Wellbeing Program Management
- Design and deliver tailored corporate wellbeing programs based on client needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Provide expert consultation on employee wellbeing initiatives, including mental health, physical wellness, nutrition and general health
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring program satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Development & Innovation
- Support the evolution of wellbeing offerings by contributing to the design and execution of innovative solutions that address emerging health risks and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and expand service offerings, promoting growth in our wellbeing division.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure seamless execution of client wellbeing programs, ensuring competitive, value-driven offerings for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Provide clear, concise, and proactive communication to clients.
- Prepare and deliver program reports, analyzing data to demonstrate program success and areas for improvement, ensuring clients see value in their partnership with us.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the People Solutions team and other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery across all aspects of corporate wellbeing.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, particularly Wellbeing Associates, supporting their development and ensuring the team operates with excellence.
Qualifications
- A keen interest in Wellbeing overall, whether as a hobby or reflected in the role you currently do
- Experience in organizing and arranging events
- A thorough understanding of and adherence to Lockton standards and procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers, and associates.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Protects the confidentiality of information learned by performing position duties.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Proficient computer skills specifically in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and similar software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates strong adaptability and actively seeks opportunities for professional growth and development.
