Job Description

Job Purpose

As the Wellbeing & Culture of Health Lead, you will provide evidence based, best practice Health & Wellbeing programs to the Emirates Group and ensure the programs are designed and delivered to maximize the opportunities and benefits.


You will be tasked to support the wider Medical Services teams with the aim of improving health in the eligible population targeting both preventative and supportive management, as well as to support the organisations commitment to Health and Wellbeing by working closely with the HR Priorities streams and encourage awareness through education campaigns on various health and wellbeing topics.


In this role, you will:



  • Plan, deliver and manage the Sehaty Wellbeing program in line with best practice, evidenced based activities and services.

  • Coordinate the Health & Wellbeing program and delivery within the Emirates Group.

  • Act as subject matter expert for Health & Wellbeing and support the integration and delivery of the wider Model of Health for The Emirates Group.

  • Design and manage a dashboard of metrics to demonstrate the impact of the program to the Group which will form part of a regular reporting structure.

  • Ensure the Health & Wellbeing program stays current by actively seeking out and benchmarking the program to global Wellbeing and Culture of Health best practice.

  • Engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders including the UAE Government who influence and deliver Health & Wellbeing and Happiness services.

  • Work collaboratively with Medical Benefits to maximize the cost and activity reduction in health care spend derived from a well-managed Wellbeing program.

  • Promote and present an agreed suite of Key Performance Indicators supporting health and wellbeing and associated activities to the Emirates Group Medical Services Executive team.



Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably within Wellbeing.

  • 5+ years experience in the Medical/Safety or related fields.

  • Experience in development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Public Health programs.

  • Experience working effectively with culturally diverse populations.

  • Experience of working in a large multinational organization preferred



You'll have an edge if you have:



  • Knowledge of Wellbeing programs and their delivery.

  • Recognize and address the unique culture, language, health literacy and age-appropriate care of diverse populations.

  • Ability to work autonomously, maintain work schedule at multiple sites, prioritize, and maintain productivity.

  • Ability to solve problems.

  • Team working skills to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Good decision making and judgment capabilities.

  • Willingness to keep up to date with Wellbeing best practice and innovative options.

  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.

  • Able to effectively communicate in a multi-cultural environment.
