YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:
Engage, relate, operate : Maintain the wellness social clubs day-to-day operations at the reception in an effective and efficient manner to provide excellent customer service, with tasks including coordinating appointments, cashiering, maintain guest information, class management, walk-in/phone and online enquires, complaints and other ad-hoc duties. Previous experience in a Spa/Wellness/Fitness reception role is a plus.
Tailor Experiences to Guest Needs: Discover and meet the unique needs and preferences of each guest, conducting thorough consultations and customizing programmes to ensure maximum benefit and satisfaction. Seek out improvement for better service standard and to anticipate guest needs. Knowledge of the Forbes standards is a plus.
Be Genuine Expert : Present wellness memberships, services and retail products with genuine enthusiasm and expert product knowledge. A personal passion for well-being and knowledge of wellness therapies is a plus.
Promote Wellness Services and Products : Maximize wellness revenue through initiatives such as upselling and product sales, to take a proactive approach to retail sales within the reception area offering advice and maximizing retail spend by clients. Build and develop trusted relationships through these interactions.
