We are currently seeking independent Wellness Sales Specialist to join our team to increase our clients sales and grow their customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Sell: Youll sell products and services across multiple brands, broadening your horizon and maximizing sales opportunities. You'll work with amazing brands like Nooro, a leader in chronic pain management, and Upgraded Formulas, the only supplement company on the market with stabilized nano minerals.
  • Grow: Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients prospects into brand loyalists.
  • Learn: Work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our topnotch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
  • Earn: Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential to seamlessly integrate with our operations.
  • Live: Work from home in a remote environment, utilizing our communication tools and platforms.

What Were Looking For

  • Hard working and highly driven individuals who embody Tribe's core values.
  • Knowledge, background or raw passion around health and wellness.
  • Experience in sales is an advantage, but with our comprehensive tool kit, we welcome those hungry to learn and grow.
  • A self-starter, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
  • We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater, (https://chromium.github.io/octane/).
  • A backup system for power outages.
  • A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working headset.
  • The ability to work 40 hour per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
