Staff4Me is seeking a skilled and dedicated Bilingual Wifi Support Engineer to join our team. As a Bilingual Wifi Support Engineer fluent in Arabic and English, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wifi-related issues. You will work closely with clients to ensure they receive reliable and efficient wifi solutions while supporting our diverse user base.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot wifi network issues for clients in both Arabic and English
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of wifi networks
- Configure and manage wifi access points, controllers, and related network equipment
- Conduct site surveys to assess wifi coverage and identify potential issues
- Analyze and resolve network connectivity and performance problems
- Collaborate with network engineers and other team members to integrate wifi networks with existing infrastructure
- Stay informed about the latest wifi technologies and solutions
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents
- Provide training and technical assistance to clients and team members
- Monitor and report on network performance regularly
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Wifi Support Engineer or in a similar role
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
- Strong knowledge of wifi technologies, protocols, and standards
- Prior experience in configuring and managing wifi access points, controllers, and related equipment
- Understanding of network security principles and best practices
- Proficient in conducting site surveys and performing troubleshooting in both languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CWNP, CCNA Wireless, or similar are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
