Wireline Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

   • Oversee wireline operations (cased hole and open hole).
   • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
   • Implement procedures to optimize performance.

2. Leadership:

   • Lead and mentor wireline team.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

3. Safety and Compliance:

   • Promote and enforce safety protocols.
   • Conduct safety meetings and training.
   • Investigate and report incidents.

4. Client Relations:

   • Maintain strong client relationships.
   • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
   • Prepare and present operational reports.

5. Resource Management:

   • Manage equipment and inventory.
   • Coordinate logistics for personnel and supplies.
   • Control operational expenses.

6. Technical Expertise:

   • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
   • Stay updated on industry advancements.
   • Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration.
