Job Description
Mission: Work closely with management to select and implement new reporting tools and standardize performance reports for the many operations realized at the various oworkers centers.
Responsibilities:
Select and test the various tools on the market.
Standardize tracking of agents schedules - Reconciliation of planning and execution in coordination with team leaders.
Create and provide daily, weekly and monthly WFM reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
3 years professional experience in the BPO or call center sector.
With a function in monitoring schedules and/or team performance (WFM).
familiar with SAAS tools
