Workforce Transformation - Senior Manager (Management Consulting)
We are working with a global change and transformation consultancy, who are on a mission to empower meaningful change in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so are growing fast in KSA, and looking for an experienced Workforce Transformation Manager/ Senior Manager to lead (deliver & sell) high-impact client projects and help drive expansion in the region.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Transformation: Lead complex business transformation projects aligned to workforce/people advisory/organisation change/target operating model/change management that fuel long-term success for KSA-based clients.
- Business Development & Solution Delivery: Build lasting client relationships, grow accounts, and deliver innovative, results-oriented solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Share your insights as a trusted advisor, and grow your influence through speaking, writing, and industry involvement.
What You Bring:
- Consulting Expertise: Significant management consulting, advisory, or Big 4 experience, with a strong track record in KSA.
- Workforce / People Advisory Expertise: Proven domain capability experience within workforce/people advisory/organisation change/target operating model/change management is a key requirement.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex client engagements, deliver solutions, and build high-performing teams.
- Business Development: Success in expanding client accounts and developing new business.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills with an authentic ability to establish credibility, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
