Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling our manufacturing, fabrication, fit out installation and delivery processes- Ensure that goods and services are produced and delivered efficiently
Involved in pre-production (planning) stage, production (control and quality) stage and post-production (installation and delivery at site)
- Act as main point of contact for communications with client at site regarding project progress and services
Ascertain safety, efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness of work at site- Liaise with other team members to formulate objectives and understand requirements
Organize workflow and workforce to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (machine operators, workers etc.)- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
Enforce health and safety precautions- Report daily updates to management
Make necessary arrangements for daily materials needed for work at site
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion and handover; schedule and track assignments
Requirements:
- Must have valid UAE driving license
Wide experience in metal joinery or carpentry, furniture and fixture builds, exhibition stands, interior decoration and commercial / residential fit out projects is preferred- Must be fluent in english and able to converse with workforce including technicians and skilled workers in hindi
