Workshop Supervisor

Job Descriptions

ؠDirects and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of mechanical stationery and rotating equipment in the plants, such as machinery, compressors, heat exchangers, etc.

ؠEnsure that workshop employees follow all safety requirements and recommendations.

ؠPlan, assign and review the work of all supervisors, mechanics in the workshop and others assigned to the workshop.

ؠAssist workshop, technical and production management staff to troubleshoot and identify problems on rotating equipment by determining the root cause problem.

ؠDaily checking the breakdown vehicles status with delivery& transport departments and advising supervisors to attend the jobs as per priority.

ؠArranging all outside breakdown& workshop breakdown vehicles for repairing work and following up maintenance work

ؠConducting inspection test for determining the effectiveness of the vehicles and equipment

ؠCreate and maintain register of all history card, maintenance for vehicle and equipment.

ؠManage the administration of the mechanical workshop. Ensure all log books and department records are effectively maintained to enable stock control, ordering of parts and all other workshop functions to operate efficiently.

ؠReview ongoing workshop maintenance and repair projects and provide engineering support for their completion.

ؠCoordinate issue of spare parts with store to ensure required stock availability.

ؠDoing the maintenance work for all groups in this organization.

ؠOrdering spare part as per the workshop requirement

ؠPerform diagnosis test of Mercedes and Volvo trucks and giving repairing order as per diagnose report.

ؠMaintains a high level of HSE standards as per company policy.
