Job Description:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the floor &Construction equipment industry, understanding their needs and requirements.

- Utilize basic knowledge of floor technology and client public relations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of floor equipment and services.

- service Assist clients in identifying suitable floor grinding&polishing solutions based on their specific requirements and budget constraints.And make deal with him.

- Provide technical support and guidance on site to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized floor machines solutions and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our machines & products &services.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using OKKI CRM software.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in the floor &Construction equipment industry, With exposure to site operations preferred.

- Basic knowledge of floor machines technology and client public relations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
