Job Description

Role Purpose:

In this role, you will develop and execute the Egypt _VOIS youth programs and university recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's overall talent acquisition goals and objectives. You will work towards deepening our relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and core external partners, to help find and hire the best student talent for our many incredible students career opportunities.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

  • Oversee regional youth programs and university hiring strategy including marketing, events, interviews, and summer programs
  • VOIS SPOC on youth programs in Egypt
  • Work closely with center TA leads and Egypt business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted youth recruitment programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key university partners, including career centers and faculty members, to increase visibility and attract top talent
  • Collaborate with the _VOIS marketing and communications team to create compelling and effective university recruiting communications and branding
  • Lead the _VOIS Vantage initiative, running a global programme across Egypt _VOIS locations for university student to enter
  • Develop and implement a diversity and inclusion strategy for university recruiting, to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and workforce. This includes actively seeking out and recruiting underrepresented groups and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Leverage innovative assessment strategies and techniques to identify and select the highest-potential candidates. Continuously assess and optimize these methods to ensure that the most qualified and fitting candidates are effectively sourced and recruited

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:


  • relevant experience in university hiring/employer branding/student unions activities
  • Demonstrated commitment to being a talent advisor to the business, using data and analytics to tell your story
  • Developing strategic relationships with premium universities
  • Focus on generating a positive candidate experience and developing

Pre-boarding framework for new hire engagement between offer and start.

  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to listen and communicate in a direct and succinct manner
  • Understanding of current early career hiring landscape, ability to advocate from the student perspective and a general knowledge of best practices for attracting Gen Z talent
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills, ability to manage campus events

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:


  • Bachelor/ master's degree from an accredited university or college
