Role: Zoho Consultant

Zoho Consultant will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, merging, and enhancing Zoho applications to meet business needs as per the request of management. This role involves working with all Zoho products (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho ONE, Zoho People) and integrating them with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho Customization and Development: Customize and configure Zoho applications to meet business needs. Develop custom scripts in Deluge or other appropriate languages for workflow automation. Create bespoke modules, fields, and functions within the Zoho applications.
- Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party tools and software to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows and processes within Zoho to increase productivity and reduce manual tasks.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, perform data migrations, and manage database configurations within Zoho.
- Support and Training: Provide technical support to team members and train staff on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into business operations and performance metrics.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications and integrations promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes for reference and future use.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Zoho applications, preferably in a business setup or similar environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications. Strong understanding of API integration and web services. Experience with scripting languages such as Deluge, JavaScript, and PHP. Knowledge of database management and SQL. Should be able to map all the business-related functions on CRM.
