PetroApp, a leading automotive company, is currently seeking a part-time Zoho Expert to join our team. As a Zoho Expert at PetroApp, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zoho applications and workflows.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, design custom solutions, and provide ongoing support for Zoho applications. As a part-time position, you will be expected to work closely with the team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books
- Collaborate with various teams to gather user requirements and implement custom solutions
- Create and maintain Zoho workflows, automations, and integrations
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Zoho applications
- Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and releases to continuously improve our systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Zoho development and administration
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books
- Experience in customizing Zoho applications, including workflows, automations, and reports
- Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
