Job Description
Seqoon is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Seqoon's growth by acquiring new clients and partners. You will leverage your excellent communication and negotiation skills to promote Seqoon's offerings and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients and partners who can benefit from Seqoon's co-ownership platform.
- Client Acquisition: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through various channels, including inbound requests, emails, and networking events.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients needs, educate them on Seqoon's services, and tailor solutions to meet their goals.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with property owners, real estate agents, and brokers to expand Seqoon's property portfolio and partner network.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, and report progress regularly.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners, showcasing the value of Seqoon's platform.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure successful partnerships and client onboarding.
- Client Onboarding: Work closely with the operations team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients and partners.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to drive sales strategies.
Qualifications
