Job scope:
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing deals with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Providing after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Reporting and documenting sales activities, results, and feedback using CRM tools and systems
- Utilize the company vision effectively for tracking sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a rich active and healthy pipeline that contains strategic opportunities.
- Consistently meet GC goals in accordance with organizational goals
- Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
Qualification:
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets with minimum 6 years solid experience in UAE Logistics / Supply Chain / Shipping / Freight forwarding industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A strong customer focus and a consultative sales approach
- A high level of self-motivation, resilience, and persistence
- Strong Work ethic and Customer Centric mindset
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing market conditions
- A valid UAE driver's license
- Bachelor's degree
- English communication skills (fluently)
