Job Description

Responsibilities:Lead the development of compelling and technically accurate proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial client contact to final submission Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and identify the most relevant IT solutions Collaborate with technical teams to develop cost-effective and technically sound solutions Ensure proposals comply with all client specifications and contractual requirements Manage budgets and timelines for bid projects Track bid progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders Participate in bid presentations and client meetings, as needed Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT services procurement Qualifications:5-10 years of experience in bid development and management,preferably within the IT services industry Proven track record of successfully winning bids and securing new business opportunities Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and current market trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)Experience with proposal management software a plus
