Job Description

Entlaq is a dynamic Cairo-based think tank dedicated to reshaping Egypt's entrepreneurial landscape through advisory and capacity-building programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research & Business Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and emerging markets. Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that expand Entlaq's service offerings and reach within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

- Client Acquisition & Partnerships Development: Build and manage relationships with prospective corporate partners, government, startups, and international stakeholders. Identify, engage, and secure new clients through tailored solutions aligned with Entlaq's core services. Assist in negotiation and contract development for new partnerships.

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate and nurture qualified leads through various channels, managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain up-to-date records in customer relationship management.

- Proposal Development & Presentations: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for potential clients, sponsors, and strategic partners. Craft tailored solutions that address partners needs while aligning with Entlaq's mission and services.

-Project Management: Assist inthe implementation of advisory and capacity-building programs.

-Networking: Represent Entlaq at industry events and conferences to build relationships and expand our network.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and managing ongoing relationships. Address partners inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain regular communication to foster long-term partnerships.

- Reporting & Performance Metrics: Track business development performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue growth, and partnership success. Prepare regular reports and provide insights on business growth, challenges, and opportunities.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with Entlaq's PR & Communications, Programs, and Research teams to leverage internal resources for business development activities. Ensure alignment between client needs and internal capacity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the entrepreneurial or startup ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of Egypt's entrepreneurial landscape, with knowledge of B2B, B2G, and startup dynamics.

- Proven ability to develop relationships with a range of stakeholders including startups, corporates, and government entities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
