Requirements:
* Minimum experience of 3 years in event sales
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the events industry and market trends.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work autonomously and follow your own initiative.
* Sales forecasting / Pipeline management
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Willingness to travel
