Overview:

Looking for a dynamic, performance-driven, and strategic-minded individual for the role of Senior Associate Business Development, to play a key role in defining and executing Core42s ambitious business development strategyidentifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities within the public sector and large enterprise markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling solutions that address our clients complex digital transformation needs based on our current business priorities.

The opportunity

To make a significant impact on Core42s revenue trajectory by identifying new growth opportunities and marketing our expertise in generative AI, cybersecurity, and professional & managed services.

Core42 is the UAEs national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.

Responsibilities:

Functional:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector and large enterprise markets.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling value propositions and solution offerings that address clients unique needs.
Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive account growth and retention.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform business development strategies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of go-to-market plans and sales strategies.
Identify and analyze potential new clients and business development opportunities to drive Core42s revenue targets in line with current capabilities as well as future potential, increasing our customer base and ensuring continued revenue.
Monitor utilization and growth of existing & new clients by examining the risks and proactively addressing any issues and/or opportunities.
Closely monitor key accounts for operational and service standards, flagging any deviation from stated benchmarks.
Contribute to Core42's marketing and business development campaigns, monitoring budget utilization and effectiveness of targeted campaigns.
Assist in the sales process including lead generation and management, opportunity identification, opportunity assessment, pursuits, proposal development & submission, sales pitches, as well as negotiation and closure of agreements.
Lead bid management activities including development of robust and successful business proposals in liaison with the Solutions team to secure new contracts, and respond to RFPs, etc.
Report on key bid activities, proposal submissions, sales activities, revenue pipeline, commercial opportunities, and risks to senior management in a timely manner.
Contribute to new market penetration strategies and roadmaps for Core42 based on robust market research and analytics, SME, strategic alliances and partnerships.
