Provide necessary directions, coordination, and guidance to service managers regarding their repair, maintenance and customer handling to ensure the quality of the work performed according to performance standards.
Achieved objectives such as CSI, employee productivity, market share and departmental profitability.
Ensure workshop (layout, flow and process, staffing) are equipped according to manufacturer s requirement and standard, necessary shop tools and equipment are available and maintained in good order.
Ensure all service manuals are available in all service centers
Maintain working relations with the management part s and personal to ensure that the proper procedures are smoothly implemented, followed and the necessary parts are available
Discipline of personnel within company policy in all areas of service centers
Manage recruiting and hiring plans for all the service centers under his areas of responsibilities
Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all Body and Paint businesses to achieve GB Auto objectives of sales, growth and profits.
Build a master plan for collision business and lead Body and Paint implementation across the GB Auto network.
Responsible for developing strategic relationships with the insurance companies to increase service centers walk ins.
Provide direction to service managers to meet schedules, business objectives and resolve challenges
Develop and monitor the performance standards of the service department against planned objectives, report from the customers, the sales department and competitors.
Executes activity plans, identifies deviations from the plan and recommends or takes corrective actions to improve any unfavorable results
Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
